Your marketing needs to generate
revenue. Not engagement.
The W4D Method builds the complete acquisition structure: from the ad to the lead ready to buy. And the proposal is built around your operation, not an off-the-shelf package.
Demanding operations already trust the W4D Method.
Four symptoms, one root cause.
These are recurring patterns in growing companies. If you recognize yourself in any of them, it's not a lack of effort. It's a lack of structure.
Good month, bad month, no pattern
Some months the company sells well. Others, the team waits for the phone to ring. Growth that depends on luck isn't sustainable growth. It's just a cycle.
Revenue predictability takes structure, not luck.
Ads running, no visible return
You invest in media, but you don't know which channel actually brings in customers. Without precise tracking, every new investment decision ends up being a shot in the dark.
Return by channel is data, not guesswork.
The owner running their own marketing
You should be focused on business decisions, not picking ads or tweaking campaigns. When the owner becomes the media buyer, the whole company stops growing.
You need to focus on deciding, not on pushing buttons.
Leads coming in, nobody closing
Inquiries arrive every day, but your team wastes time on people who will never buy. The problem isn't a lack of demand. It's the complete absence of a qualification filter.
The profile filter belongs before your sales team.
From the ad to your sales team's calendar.

growthGrowth on top of what already worked, from month 3 onward.Ad Management
Complete management of your ads across the market's leading platforms. Our team doesn't just push traffic buttons; it operates with commercial intelligence focused on selling.
- We target ads by purchase-intent signals. Broad audiences that merely resemble your customer are left out of the spend.
- We allocate budget across channels based on your customer's decision journey, not on the cheapest click.
- We adjust campaigns daily against one criterion: revenue. Whatever drives clicks without driving sales gets paused at the next review.
Conversion Infrastructure
We design landing pages and automation flows for visitors who didn't buy the first time. The focus is filtering out the curious, retaining those with a real buying profile, and handing your sales team a contact who is ready to talk.
- We build landing pages that repeat the promise of the ad that brought each visitor. Same message, same offer, from click to form.
- We set up recovery sequences for those who showed interest but didn't move forward. The contact arrives at your sales team with the full context already in place.
- We re-engage visitors who left the page through remarketing segmented by behavior. Each profile gets the answer to the objection that stopped them.
Qualification and Filtering
We implement instant responses and automatic filters for every new contact. The goal is for your team to talk only with people who have the budget and the intent to buy.
- Every new contact gets an automated response in seconds, at any hour. And they immediately move through the first qualification questions.
- Only contacts who pass the criteria defined with you move on to your sales team. Tire-kickers stay off your sales rep's calendar.
- We map every response path and set alerts for stalled contacts: a lead with no reply gets escalated to an owner.
Precision Monitoring
We track the structure's performance daily, prioritizing the conversions that turn into revenue. We ignore vanity metrics that inflate reports but never show up in your bank account.
- We centralize data from every source in a single dashboard: spend, cost per lead, and results by channel.
- We test creative and copy variations continuously. An asset that doesn't convert gets switched off, and its budget moves to the one turning a profit.
- We isolate results by acquisition channel. You see which platform is bringing in sales and which one is just burning budget.
If any of these fronts solves what you're facing right now, it's time we built it into your operation.

Thiago Weirich
Founder & Head of PerformanceThiago started in sales in 2005 and built his name as a real estate agent in Santa Catarina from 2011 onward. In 2015 he began studying paid traffic, making mistakes with money from his own pocket, back when almost nobody was advertising on Facebook. In 2020 he founded TW Broker, an operation that sold millions in real estate every year. In 2023 he created Corretor Que Vende, training more than three thousand real estate professionals. Today he leads W4D, applying that same sales system in Brazil and the United States.
At the end of the day, marketing is just the means. Our only measure of success is how much your company sells, and keeps selling.
Lizt Chopin
Head of CreativeLizt started in 2015 as a brand designer with an emphasis on animation and video, working with established brands like Tigre, Max Wilhelm and Chocoleite. In 2019 she moved into UI/UX, designing user-centered processes and clear, functional interfaces. Along the way she added video editing and motion design for companies across different industries. Today, as W4D's head of creative, she brings brand, interface and motion together to turn strategy into work that sells: ads, pages and video in service of conversion.
True design goes beyond a brand, a post or a pretty video. It exists to solve problems.

W4D runs on a core team of specialists: media buyers, automation and AI, designers, web designers and video editors. The person who takes the briefing is the person who runs the account. No franchise, no outsourcing, no middle layer between diagnosis and delivery.
If what you've seen so far makes sense, the next step is the alignment call.
