Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 23, 2026

1. Data we collect

We collect only the data voluntarily provided through the contact form: full name, telephone number, email address, company name, and business segment.

2. How we use your data

The data collected is used exclusively to contact you about W4D's services. We do not share, sell, or transfer personal data to third parties.

3. Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers of technology partners, with encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Measurement and marketing tools

To understand the performance of our communications and continuously improve our campaigns, we use:

  • Google Tag Manager — a tag manager that organizes our measurement scripts.
  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate metrics on visits, navigation, and conversions.
  • Meta Pixel + Conversions API — campaign attribution on Facebook/Instagram. When you submit the form, your email address, telephone number, and name are transmitted to Meta in hashed form (SHA-256) for event matching. Plain-text data is never shared.
  • Stape server — server-side forwarding of events, with first-party cookies under the W4D domain.

You may disable these tools at any time by blocking marketing cookies in your browser settings.

5. Google integrations (W4D clients)

This section applies exclusively to contracted W4D clients who authorize, via OAuth, W4D's access to their Google accounts to operate campaigns, measurement, and tags. It does not apply to visitors of this website.

When a client connects their Google account to W4D, we request access to the following scopes:

  • Google Ads API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) — manage campaigns, ad groups, creatives, audiences, and budgets of the account authorized by the client.
  • Google Analytics (analytics.readonly) — read access to aggregate traffic and conversion metrics for campaign performance analysis.
  • Google Tag Manager — read (tagmanager.readonly) — audit of existing tags, triggers, and variables.
  • Google Tag Manager — container editing (tagmanager.edit.containers) — configure conversion tags (Google Ads, GA4, Meta) and publish versions to the containers authorized by the client.

Data accessed through these APIs is used only to provide the services contracted by the client. We do not store a full copy of this data on our servers; we process it at run time and retain only aggregate reports internally. No information obtained through these APIs is shared with third parties, sold, or used for targeted advertising.

6. Compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy

W4D's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, W4D does not:

  • Use data obtained through Google APIs to serve its own advertising.
  • Transfer data obtained through Google APIs to third parties, except where necessary to provide the service to the client, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with adequate safeguards.
  • Allow human reading of the data, except: (a) with the client's explicit consent, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with a legal obligation, or (d) when the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable policies.

7. Revoking Google access

The client may, at any time, revoke W4D's access to their Google accounts at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, we immediately cease access and discard any stored tokens.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request the deletion of, correction of, or access to your personal data by sending an email to sales@w4d.com.br.
